Girls' hostel

Each room has capacity of three students. Each student is provided with a separate bed, writing table, chair and cupboard. There are Sports equipment, TV, Mess, CCTV surveillance, water purifiers with coolers, Solar water heater, 24x7 Resident Rector and Superintendent and Security facilities. Moreover, college faculties are appointed for hostel visit every week to interact with the students, check for the problems in their comfortable stay, have dinner and provide feedback to the Principal and Hostel coordinator from the college.

Boys’ hostel

Each room has capacity of three students. Each student is provided with a separate cot, mattress and pillow, writing table, chair and cupboard. There are water purifiers with coolers, Solar water heater, College faculty appointed as Rector and Superintendent, Security facilities, Sports facilities and Gymnasium at a highly subsidized rate. Moreover, college faculties are appointed for hostel visit every week to interact with the students.

Facilities for Sports Activities

College has an open central square of 15550 sq.ft for conducting in-house activities. The college has well-equipped Sports Room with various sports’ kits and equipments. For outdoor games, the college has a huge sports ground of 17 acres as a shared facility owned by our parent trust - Charutar Vidya Mandal. Various other sports facilities are available in close proximity to college as follows:

• H M Patel Tennis Court for Tennis Tournament.
• H M Patel Badminton Hall for Badminton Tournament.
• Gymnasium Hall.
• Fitness Centre at S. S. Patel College of Physical Education.
• For outdoor games, Sardar Patel University Ground is also available to students.
• All indoor games are organized in the central square of the college as well as Vivekanand Sports Complex of Sardar Patel University.

Class Rooms

College has 20 well-lit classrooms with provisions for using modern teaching amenities. Every Class Room is equipped with IP Camera and Audio Visual Recording Facility so that student can re-visit the class room lecture as many time as they wish. Every lecture conducted is recorded and uploaded on BlueBook Network “Impartus” which can be accesses by Registered SEMCOM Students, anytime, from anywhere, over the Internet.

Auditorium

College has an excellent Air-Conditioned Auditorium with a capacity of 170 seats.

Auditorium is equipped with multimedia projector and Dolby Sound System. It has also Audio-Visual Recording System.

Information Technology Centre

College provides in true sense a gateway to the world of applications and information resources with the help of 250+ Computers and other IT Infrastructure. The college is equipped with three computer labs, each having a capacity of 70 computers with 100 Mbps of switched network, 14 Mbps of centralized leased line for internet. The latest computers on LAN, 1:1 computer- student ratio enhance the value of the Centre. Moreover the Internet Security & Acceleration Server, Web Server, Mail Server, ensure live access for our students to the Internet world.

The College also has a Wi-Fi network running on shared bandwidth.

Information Resource Centre

IRC provides academic support, and houses around 105 periodicals and journals of national / international repute like Harvard Business Review, The Economist, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Forbes Asia, Fortune, Electronic Commerce World, Data Tele, Profit, Entrepreneur, Network Technology, C / C++, Software Development, Marketing Research and so on. In addition, the IRC has a wide repertoire of corporate Annual Reports, newspapers such as The Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard, The Hindu, Times of India, Indian Express etc. The student has access to prestigious magazines and periodicals covering all areas of Management, Economics, Computer, E-Commerce, E-Business etc. The Centre also provides great support to the project and research work of the students by providing large information database through on-line and off-line resources. Audio and Video resources in the form of cassettes and CDs encompass major areas on management and computer which make learning enjoyable. In addition, the students have access to the Bhaikaka Library of Sardar Patel University.

Conference Room

The college also has a well furnished air-conditioned Conference Room. It facilitates meetings and interaction among the faculty members and visitors. It has been designed keeping in mind the priorities and requirements for the smooth functioning of academics.

Human Resource Development Centre

The HRD Centre is a sophisticated language laboratory and has state-of-the-art technology aiming at developing the students' skills such as leadership skills, presentation and communication skills, entrepreneurship skills, etc. and overall personality development, with a seating capacity of 50. It is fully utilized to develop the students' ability to interact and communicate effectively. It has most modern facilities, with an electronic relay to host quiz and group discussions. Audio-Video materials are used widely for enhancing the language competence and business acumen of the students.

Faculty Lounge

In order to facilitate learning the college has two well-furnished Faculty Lounge which provides platform to students and parents for interaction with the faculty freely. The Faculty Lounge has internet access, which keeps the faculty abreast of current trends and helps in evolving right kind of material for various courses. The Lounge also promotes discussions and presentations among the faculty for enriching learning in the college.
