Vision

To contribute to the ever evolving eLife by extending support to all the stake-holders rendering legal aid, advice, and counseling as well as to support the policy makers by providing valuable inputs in the area of internet related issues.

 

 

Mission

To keep abreast of the happenings in the �e� world, thereby, helping the eCommunity to understand legal implications and to motivate for fair and just dealings in all the transactions whether for business or non-business, profit or non-profit, and at the same time, making efforts to generate awareness about this new legal dimension arising out of the virtual world for better living in the real global village.

Functioning

The clinic will be totally operated by the students. Each student will volunteer one hour a day handling the queries and problems generated by the corporates. There will be two teams working as core team and facilitating team comprising of students and faculty. The teams will involve themselves into research, and application related to internet related issues whether for business and non-business, profit or non-profit. Many upcoming companies desiring to go for on-line will take the advantage of this clinic. Banking, Insurance, Tourism, Retail, and such other services Industries will get benefit from this clinic. Also, manufacturing sector with on-line supply chain, and on-line marketing will have huge benefit from this clinic. Since students will engage themselves into this affair there will be tremendous learning from this initiative. This has a huge academic potential for
SEMCOM.
